Substitution Policy: Due to holiday demand, substitutions may be made on your order. In such an event, substitutions will equal the value of the bouquet price and complement the chosen color scheme.
Floral Care:
To keep your arrangement looking fresh, water daily.
CHROME HEARTS: Arrangements in foam tend to last 5 - 10 days. Water your arrangement frequently by pouring water into the container near the stems. Hat box arrangements have a plastic liner to prevent leakage.
WRAPPED BOUQUET: Remove paper from the arrangement, or leave it on if you prefer the look, but do not submerge the paper in water. Cut stems at a 45-degree angle and place them in a prepared vase immediately. Swap water every other day to maximize the longevity of your blooms.
Do not place blooms in direct sunlight or leave them in warm places (under a hot vent, your car, etc.). Do not leave blooms without a water source.

REFUND POLICY:
- Failed Delivery - Should there be any issues with your delivery, if the recipient or customer does not answer the phone when our delivery drivers are trying to contact you, we will return the order to the shop. Additional fees may apply if we establish contact after the route is finished and you would like us to reattempt delivery. If you cannot pick up the order and we can't fit you onto another route, we reserve the right to refuse to refund the order at our discretion.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery times on 2/14 at the standard delivery fee. Our delivery window is 9 am - 5 pm. To inquire about exact delivery timing and fees, please call 405-919-0262.
- *Failure to Care for Florals - If your flowers do not survive the 5-day guarantee on our blooms, we are happy to issue a refund or remake the arrangement if the florals have been properly watered, stored out of direct sunlight, and not kept under hot vents, and were cut before moving them to a water source. If you have any issues with your order, please give us a call at 405-919-0262, and we will be happy to discuss how to resolve the issue.
