REFUND POLICY

Fresh Floral Delivery

REFUND POLICY:

  • Failed Delivery - Should there be any issues with your delivery, if the recipient or customer does not answer the phone when our delivery drivers are trying to contact you, we will return the order to the shop. Additional fees may apply if we establish contact after the route is finished and you would like us to reattempt delivery. If you are unable to pick up the order and we cannot accommodate you on another route, we reserve the right to refuse a refund forthe order at our discretion. 

    • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times on 2/14 at the standard delivery fee. Our delivery window is 9 am - 5 pm. To inquire about exact delivery timing and fees, please call 405-919-0262.

  • *Failure to Care for Florals - If your flowers do not survive the 5-day guarantee on our blooms, we are happy to issue a refund or remake the arrangement if the florals have been properly watered, stored out of direct sunlight, and not kept under hot vents, and were cut before moving them to a water source. If you have any issues with your order, please give us a call at 405-919-0262, and we will be happy to discuss how to resolve the issue.

Weddings and Events

Our refund policy for weddings and events is clearly outlined in our contracts for our clients. If you are a client concerned about cancellations and refunds, please review your contract and contact us so we can resolve the issue :)
